How to Add a New Market Admin

Overview

As the market leader on Amana Market, you have the authority to create market admins who can hold various positions or designations within your market. With admins, you can distribute the workload of your market among several roles, where each role is responsible for specific tasks. For example, a market leader is an admin who oversees the entire market, while other admins may handle specific tasks or areas within the market.

Prerequisite

• Hold the status of market leader in Amana Market

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Admins on the sidebar and click on it.

2. The next display page has two important things, which are:    

•  It shows the current Market Leader, which is you.
• The button that says "Add a new Leader/Admin"

3. Click on the button.

4. The next page displays fields to collect new admin information.

5. Fill out the first section with the desired admin information as below.

Note: the highlighted field in red signifies that you are creating a marker Admin

6. Move to the second section of the form that requires other information too. 

• If the "Approved" box is checked, it means the new admin will be approved upon creation.
• Similarly, if the "Blacklisted" box is checked, the new admin will be blacklisted upon creation unless the market leader later whitelists them.

7. Click on the submit button to create the new admin.

8. To view the new created Admin, you navigate to members page.

Conclusion

Market Admins are designated users with specific roles and privileges assigned to perform particular tasks, aimed at supporting both the Market and the Market Leader. It's important to note that all Market Admins are also market members.
